At Anahata Yoga zone, The Yoga Instructors are dedicated to the qualities of the Heart Chakra radiating warmth and love in their way of teaching. Yoga for them beyond what they do in life, it's a lifestyle. Yoga Instructors at Anahata Yoga are all good qualified with deep knowledge of Yoga as well as excellent teaching experience which you can fully trust.The institute realize that no two individual are alike and each one has their own strengths and weaknesses. Yoga has many mental benefits as well as physical. Yoga, the concentration of the minds of the people the person may forget a painful day or other problems, so it's a good way to relieve stress.Keeping this focal point in mind here the instructors push and motivate the students to achieve the best in a class as compare to others.
Here classes are for 1 hour each, and no two classes are ever the same. Every class deals with different elements of fitness through Yoga (cardio, strength, flexibility & balance). Different body-parts are trained in each class, and the asanas vary so that the entire experience is never monotonous.
At Anahata, we are offering a complete form of yoga-from asanas for fitness, strength, flexibility, weight loss and body toning to pranayam - for de-stressing and meditation.

We do this by providing the right environment, the best instruction and exposure to different traditions and practices of authentic yoga.Yoga also promotes a high metabolism in the body, making it easier to maintain or lose weight if desired; by stretching and toning the muscles, yoga reduces cellulite that forms around muscles tissue. We are inspired by the teaching and practices of the Bihar, Iyengar and Asthanga Schools of Yoga, and includes Hatha, Vinyasa and Power Yoga.
About Pratibha(Trainer):-
Pratibha Agarwal is a certified power yoga teacher practicing yoga since a very early age. She is recognized as one of India’s few registered yoga teachers by yoga alliance U.S.A.Having been trained under masters from U.S and India with a long and in depth association with yoga, she is able to incorporate a lot of variety in their teaching in order to keep the essence of yoga, something that students look forward to.
Pratibha has successfully conducted various yoga classes and workshops in various parts of the country not only in India .

9) Explore the Teaching Skills of Asana Practices (Hatha and Vinyasa)
10)Creating Vinyasa Krama & Exploring the different Vinyasa Styles
11) Use of Yoga props (based on Iyengar Yoga tradition)
12)Teaching Methodology
15)Ayurveda (only Introduction)
14) Raja Yoga Sutra & Bhagavat Gita Introduction
